What to do with a season of too-muchness for someone with ADHD?

You already have a million thoughts zooming inside your head. The addition of this season can blow out your coping circuits! ⚡️

Go against the flow of what’s around you (unless you find that energizing and sustainable for you!)

Decrease the energy flowing through your circuits.
How?

* Lower your expectations.
* Do less, not more.
* Do something “enough,” rather than perfect.

YOU MATTER as much as your list of to-do’s!

Try asking yourself this question:
“What do I need?”

Care for YOU FIRST. Give yourself a bit of care.
THEN, see if you can let go of anything on your list, or consider doing something “enough,” instead of perfectly.
