Renewing and Recharging With ADHD

Renewing and recharging. Walking in nature is a big one for me.

The challenge is to renew and recharge regularly so that you don’t burn yourself out! When you have ADHD, you tend to go, go, go — until you JUST CAN’T because you went too far without knowing you were going too far.

Learning how to have more sustainable energy is possible. ☺️💗
