TAKES IN EVERYTHING around you (and inside you).
OR you zoom-in to that one thing,
with a LASER-LIKE FOCUS on what is
* interesting,
* novel, or
* urgent!
Your hyperfocus can be used for good, even though it can also make
that ONE THING the MOST important thing in your world
in those minutes or hours.
Food? “Nah.” Water? “Nah.” Need to pee? “Maybe in an hour…”
Stuff happening around you? “What stuff???”

Your creativity and hyperfocus can be amazing friends! It can be used to get the stuff done that needs to be done (that your brain initially has zero interest in) by engaging your curiosity and creativity. 🤔✨💡
You have both in spades!
